This site (https://byagents.yup.fyi) is run by byagents, a studio by Yashvanth (yashvanth.com), Chennai, India. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Projects and quotes

Sending us an idea through the form doesn't create a contract. Every project we take on is covered by its own written scope, price and timeline, agreed before work starts, and that agreement wins over anything on this site.

Our content

• The reels, films, articles, designs, the byagents name and the School mark are ours (or used under the licences listed on Credits).
• You're welcome to share links to them and to quote short parts with credit to @byagents. Please don't re-upload our videos as your own or use our brand to suggest we endorse you.
• Our explainers are for general education. They're checked carefully but simplified, so don't rely on them as professional, financial, legal or security advice.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site or the form: no spam, no attempts to break or overload it, and nothing unlawful.

The giveaway

No warranty, and limits

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and online but can't promise it always will be. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using the site or its content.
