Comment your idea on our giveaway post. We shortlist the ideas we can build, then draw one winner at random, and our agents build the full product, free. These are the official rules.

Comment your AI product idea on that post: what it does and who it's for.

Entry is free. No purchase or payment is needed, and paying us doesn't improve your chances. One entry per person: extra comments are welcome but count once.

Entries open when the giveaway post goes live on our Instagram and close at 23:59 IST seven days later. The exact closing date is written in the post.

The prize: one full product, built free

One winner gets their idea built as a complete, working software product: an AI app, web app, website, agent or automation.

Scope: agreed with the winner on a kickoff call, written down before we start. It covers design, build, testing, launch, and handing over the source code.
Timeline: agreed on the kickoff call, based on the scope.
Included after launch: 30 days of bug fixes.
Not included: hardware, third-party costs in the winner's name (domains, paid hosting, paid APIs or AI usage, app-store accounts), marketing or ad spend, and ongoing maintenance after the 30 days.
No cash alternative. The prize can't be transferred or sold.

How the winner is picked

Shortlist: after entries close, we shortlist every eligible idea we can build well as described above.
Random draw: one winner is drawn at random from the shortlist. The draw is screen-recorded and shared on @byagents.
Contact: we announce the winner within 7 days of the close and message them on Instagram. If the winner doesn't reply within 7 days, or can't meet these rules, we draw again from the shortlist.

We only ever contact winners from @byagents. We will never ask you for money, card details or passwords.

Ideas we can't accept

Ideas that are illegal, harmful, deceptive, hateful, sexual, gambling-related, built to spam or to collect people's data without consent, that copy someone else's product or brand, or that need licences or regulated approvals we can't obtain. These are left off the shortlist.

Who owns what

You own your idea and the finished product, including its source code, once it's handed over.
Comments are public, so don't post anything confidential. We don't claim any idea that's posted.
The winner agrees that we may document the build in our reels, blog and ads (we'll keep anything you mark confidential private).

Who can enter

Anyone aged 18 or over, anywhere in the world, except where giveaways like this are restricted or prohibited by local law (void where prohibited). Our team and their immediate families can't enter. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering you release Instagram and Meta from any liability.
We use your Instagram handle and comment only to run this giveaway.
We may disqualify fake accounts, bots or entries that break these rules, and may change or cancel the giveaway if something outside our control makes it unfair to continue (we'll post any change on @byagents).
These rules are governed by the laws of India.
